Ted,
Your fellow Blackhorse Troopers are in contact with your wife and son. We are working to find a way to grant a scholarship to your grandson. He broke his neck in an accident, plays on a wheelchair basketball team, graduates from high school next year, and wants to become a Vet. Sounds like a legecy you would be proud of.
Allons!

Brother in Arms
I served in Vietnam with Sgt. Dreyer from Aug. 1966 to Aug.1 1967. I came home the week before he was killed. Driving around in (not too!) armored personnel carriers with a 90 gallon gas tank looking for mines was not a fun time. Sgt. Dreyer was always looking out for his crew and was a great man for that. He did not take chances like some did. I was very sorry to hear of his death when I returned to the States. I am sure he is missed by his family. I wish his family peace and love.
