Think of You Everyday
You were more than my cousin, you were my friend. My Mother didn't send me a letter in Vietnam to tell me you had been killed she knew how I would be upset. I thought we would have good times together when we got home. I have made a friend of your Son and for that I am grateful, He will always keep your memory alive in my heart.

Thank you
Fred I think about you often and wonder how things would of turned out if I was leading the section that day instead of you..I know it wasn't your choice but with me gone on R &R you were next in command. As section sergeant it was hard to make friends but I will say your were my closet .
I hope some day you and I can chat about those Nam days.
