Thank You
Dear Sp4 Jerry Dorough,
Thank you for your service as an Infantryman with the 1st Cavalry. We remember all you who gave their all. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Gone but not forgotten
I attended high school with Jerry and Pat, his sister. I considered both of them my good friends. Jerry always had a smile on his face and was always up to something - real comedian. I had just married and moved to North Carolina with my husband when my Mother told me that Jerry had been killed in Vietnam. My heart was broken, I had lost a great friend and his family had lost a son and brother. I always think of Jerry and his family. He will always be missed and loved.
