Never Forget

Honoring your beautiful life this day Frank. Because of you, many lives were saved, including my husband Michael's as you took his position in the tower that first day of Tet after a very quick discussion of whose gun it was. I have heard your story over and over and am so proud of my four heroes . I will never forget your service and sacrifice. I think I have finally found the correct name of the 4th Marine. Robert E. Hall. Michael and Bob couldn't remember if it was Hall or Hull but I found him today on this wall as also serving with my husband's 3rd Marine,3rd Battalion in Hue. God bless your family. Thank you again for sharing Jesus with my husband and Michael. I know you all are sharing the best war stories in Heaven together.

Never forgotten

On the remembrance of your 73rd birthday, your sacrifice is not forgotten.

Reading about you in Mark Bowden's book, "Hue 1968," there is nothing that I can say that would do you justice.

HOOAH...you did good.
