What A Wonderful Man
To Dad: Another Memorial Day comes upon us. I miss you so much. It shouldn't be like this. You should be here with me playing with all your grandchildren. Not a day goes by and I don't think of you. It's been almost 4 years since I retired from the Army. You are my shining example. I love you.

For a True American Hero!
I was in the same company the day you were killed. I remember the survivors of the ambush your platoon walked into talking about your actions that day and how heroic you had been. I am glad to see they decorated you for your selfless sacrifice. Especially on a mission that was unnecessary and was undertaken only for the ego of our Commanding Officer. You saved lives. There isn't a finer legacy for a soldier than that.
