Dear Lt Timothy Dineen,
Thank you for your service as a Basic Infantry Officer. Memorial Day is coming up, and we remember all you who gave their all. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Tim, taught me to swim at the Vallejo Plunge. Two summers in a row. He also protected me from getting a beating down off of Nebraska St. as the local little group of thugs wanted my bicycle. I will never forget you Tim, my Big Buddy!
