The Wall
Hello Daddy...I finally made it to The Wall to touch your name. That moment, and the memorial service that I held for myself and our family, at your gravesite a couple of years ago, has brought great healing to me. I will always miss you and there will always be an empty place in my heart where you should be, but the hole is no longer gaping and bleeding. I love you and you will forever be remembered. Your grandchildren and your great-grandchildren will continue to tell your story, and then their children after that. Forever your proud daughter <3. Tonya Renai’

Thank You
Dear Sp4 Thomas Dickerson,
Thank you for your service as an Infantryman. Today is the 43rd anniversary of the last battle of the war. It has been too long, and it's about time for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Memorial Service
I held a memorial service for you this past November, on the 48th anniversary of your death. All of your grandchildren and great grandchildren were there. Momma was there, and Lynn (your sister) was there. My sister, not your daughter, but my sister still came, Niki, and two of her daughters, Marlee and Pilar. Ms. Patsy Helms came, too. But you know who came all the way from New York for your day? Roberto Mt. Bear Delgado. He has been a wonderful part of our lives here. He knew you and he has shared stories of you with us. I was too little to remember your funeral, but the memorial service was beautiful! The Patriot Guard Riders came and held a flag line for you. I felt like I finally got the opportunity to say goodbye. I will never forget the sacrifice that you made and I will love you forever! For those who may want to contact me, I can be reached at 205.753.7186 or by email.

Thanks for you service Tommy
I went to high school and played football with Tommy at
R E Lee in Thomaston. He was a good guy and a good football player. You can be proud to be his daughter. I know he would be proud of you. God bless him and God bless you.
