Cousin Ron, it’s been 56 years since we got the call from your Mom about you being KIA. It was very hard to accept that news. After three years, I was drafted into the Army, but came home safe, but grown up and changed. Every time I see Vet license plate, bumper sticker or billboard with Viet Nam vet on it, I get a feeling of remembering you and all of the other Fallen Heroes. I feel a sense of pride knowing you and your service and sacrifice for our Country ! We are truly Brothers Forever ! You would be 75 now, I’m 72. A butterfly lights beside us like a sunbeam
And for a brief moment its glory
and beauty belong to our world
But then it flies again
