THE WALL OF FACES

I am sick to my stomach upon reading of the friendly deaths of 1LTDellwo and 2LT Harlan from a "fragging" inciident. I was serving as an MP in South Korea at the EUSA Stockade at that time period and knowing at that time period, you did not assualt Military Policeman and expect not to suffer the aftereffects. I am so sorry these fine officers have not lived to this age in their 70's...grown a family, discovered the next great widget, loved their children and grandchildren like I have been able to do. Let me reassure all those who loved these Soldiers, when the EUSA Stockade received those individuals from their respective units in the ROK for felonious assualtsl on their fellow soldiers and officers, the harshest punishments for those in custody at that time, would be fullfilled. I thank these Officers for their service and I give my regards to their families.

Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. While all deaths in Vietnam are tragic that you died on the day you were scheduled to end your tour and the circumstances of your death are especially so. May you rest in eternal peace.

We can never truly repay the great debt we owe our fallen heroes. May those who served never be forgotten. Rest in peace 1LT. Dellwo, I salute your brave soul. My heart goes out to you and your family.
