Fallen Ranger
Ray and I served together in P Co. He being a little older, seemed like a big brother to us younger guys. I mean the guy could grow a mustache. He always seem to have a smile on his face and a pat on the back for his fellow Rangers. He was a good soldier and a friend! He will always be missed!!!!

Raymond-
I understand you were a Ranger too. I didn'T know you and I wasn't in youur company, but I am from Bakersfield and I was a Ranger, 173rd (1966-67).
God bless you brother and your family.
I've seen your sacrifice.

Ray, You were almost as old as I was, two old guys in a young man's war,
but someone had to take care of the kids.
I was so sorry to hear that you and the rest were killed a month after I had left the company, we had some good laughs together trying to figure what the hell we were doing there.
But I know you wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
Rest in peace my brother.
