NATIONAL DEFENSE SERVICE MEDAL

VIETNAM SERVICE MEDAL

REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM CAMPAIGN SERVICE MEDAL


He was lost at Quang Ngai, South Vietnam when the helicopter he was piloting exploded.

He had just begun serving his second tour of duty in the Far East.
