Bronze Star Medal Award
Specialist Four John Edward Anthony was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for Valor, with Combat Distinguishing Device (V), for his exemplary courage under fire. He served as an Infantryman and was assigned to C CO, 4TH BN, 3RD INFANTRY, 11TH INFANTRY BDE, AMERICAL DIV.
