Brother Sniper
When Wendell fell, he was a sniper in the 1st Marines Scout/Sniper Platoon and held the MOS of 0311/8541. He was a "plank holder" of the 1st Marines Snipers, a dedicated Marine and a first class person. He was the first sniper lost in our platoon. His loss was felt by all.
