Roadrunner
Dudley, although it's been over 50 years, and I was a young teenager, I remember your gentle heart and orange & black roadrunner "beep, beep." I never knew why God called for you, but I know God needed you home for a good reason. You will never be forgotten. Till we meet again. Robert

Great guy
My sister dated Dudley before he went into the service. I was just a kid but felt like Dudley was a big brother to me. We visited His dad in Antonito and they named a colt after me. I always wished he had married my sister and had become my big brother. He was a sweet and gentle person and I really missed him. So proud of his service and sacrifice for our country. Rest in peace Dudley !

Dudley was assigned to the 3rd Special Forces Group, I was assigned to the 10th SF Group in Ft. Devins, MA. Dudley's prior service knowledge made him so valuable as a classmate and a friend. Dudley is one of 6 roommates that I've needed to post remembrances this Memorial Day. But even after 49 years I think of them every day
