We Will Remember
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

Thank You
Dear PFC Albert Davis,
Thank you for your service as an Infantryman with the 1st Cavalry. We are celebrating Passover and Easter. It is a time of joy, and may that be yours in heaven. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Good guy
Albert Davis was a great guy and a good friend. We worked together at Alliene furniture factory in Troy North Carolina prior to being drafted into the army. My company was coming in to the Fire Support Base for a few days strand down and Albert met me as I stepped off the skid. We shared some cake and talked. His unit was A Company 5th Battalion 7th Cavalry. Mine was D Company 5th Battalion 7th Cavalry. His company departed the FSB to take my company's place in the jungle. That's the last time I saw him. Rest in peace Albert! You will never be forgotten.
