We Will Remember
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

Remembering SP4 Randall David Dalton - Bring Our Soldiers Home Bracelet
My husband, David Cameron, was in the Army in 1971-1975, but we didn't meet until 1990. He too was a very proud American, and took such pride in serving our country. Sadly we lost him in 2018, and his remains are in a beautiful urn with an American Flag. In the early 2000s, when we/I learned of the MIA bracelets to wear to remember our soldiers who are still missing (MIA) I knew he would have wear one with pride. We specifically chose SP4 Randall David Dalton for his bracelet because Randall David Dalton served in the Army, they shared the name David, and Randy sadly went missing the year Dave joined the Army. Dave wore his bracelet every day, didn't take it off, and when he would be asked about it he proudly brought attention to it and the purpose. I found it in his possessions a few weeks ago and have worn it a few time, just to feel close to him. I just happened to search SP4 Randall David Dalton US Army this morning and this post came up to show that he finally came home 10 years ago. I had no idea, as we had registered to be advised he he was finally found and properly returned home. Knowing he came home, and his family can have some peace. Funny today I actually wore my camo pants to work, something I never do, must have been a reason. This makes my heart so happy to know. I know Randy and Dave met in the Heavens upon Dave's arrival, and I pray so many more are found and come home to their loved ones. RIP together Randy and Dave, you are both so missed and loved!
