Thank you for your service to our country so long ago sir. While all deaths in Vietnam are tragic that you died two days before your 32nd birthday is especially so. May you rest in eternal peace.

Thank you for your service as an Infantry Unit Commander. Easter is coming up. Happy Easter. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

My parents were your neighbors at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma, and the one thing I remember from the first time I went to the wall as a little girl, was my father searching for your name. While I remember all military members, you are always the first one I think of.
