Do Not Stand at my Grave and Weep
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die
I am not there; I do not sleep.

I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush

Roommates
Leonard and I were roommates in the 128th Assault Helicopter Company, Phu Loi, South Vietnam. I was flying overhead gunship cover for his flight on that eventful day and watched him do all the right things when he lost the engine, but sadly, the South Vietnam jungle can be a very unforgiving place. I lost my roommate who was a gifted pilot and swell guy. We will meet again my friend.

THANK YOU
Dear CWO Leonard Cunningham,
Thank you for your service as an Utility/Observation Helicopter Pilot. Your 48th anniversary was 2 days ago, so sad. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Thank You
I remember growing up with Dwight. His family lived just down the road from my family. Remember the school days and the friend he was to my brother Roy (Dickie) smith. You will never be forgotten and we are grateful for the supreme sacrifice you gave. A moment of silence is in order for you and all that gave all.
