We Will Remember

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

My best buddy

Jimmy and I went through Paris Island and Stone bay (ITR) at camp Lejuene. I went off to radio school in Sandiego. He went to staging at camp Pendleton. So he went to vietnam before I did. He was killed, shipped home and buried before I arrived in south east asia to join a grunt company. He was a great guy, and a good friend. He is buried near Baker Victory in back of the church. I have missed him all these years. That was over 46 yrs. ago. I met his Mom and sister Margaret when I came home and found out about it. I didnt know at the time. Take care Jimmy and SEMPER FIDALIS my friend and my brother.
