To My Brother Who I Never Knew
Dear Butchy, I was 11 when you sacrificed your life for us. It doesn't matter that I never had the chance to meet you, you will be remembered & loved forever.

Thank You
Dear Sp6 Charles Crawford,
Thank you for your service as an Airborne Qualified Medical NCO. Thanks for the lives you saved. It is Presidents' Weekend, and good time to remember those who serve. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembering
Butch, You were like a big brother to me when I joined the 101st so long ago. You taught me to drive on the gravel back roads of Fort Campbell. You had already served in Vietnam but when the call came you volunteered to go back. I remember the night you died. You, Dan Kinnard and I joking around. I have never forgotten that night, the last time we spoke. Dan joined you on The Wall soon after. I miss you both.
