Relatives

I am Patrick Gale Craun. Gale Eugene Craun was my uncle, my dads brother. I never had the honor of meeting him, but i carry his name as my middle name in honor of him. I have thought of him often in my life. I had never seen his picture in till I saw it on here. I took a screen shot and carry it with me in my phone now and look at it often. I I,could have known you uncle gale. I am now 49 years old. Thank you for your service and laying down your life so we may enjoy the freedoms we have now. If you saw how your countrymen dishonor your sacrifice now a days, it would make you sick as it does me. I love you uncle Gale, thank you for everything.

Thank You

Dear Pfc Gale Craun,
Thank you for your service as a Rifleman. It is Presidents' Weekend, and good time to remember those who serve. It is so important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your strength, courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Classmates at Reynolds High School

We were highschool friends, briefly, until Gale joined the Marines. So sad, the day I saw his name on the Vietnam veteran memorial wall.
