Just know even though we’ve never met, I am your niece. I feel that I’ve known you all my life through all the stories my father has told me about you both growing up together; just know it still pains him when he shares your stories with us but he feels that it’s important that you are not forgotten. These memories he has shared with me and my family and will be carried on through my children and hopefully through their children. Thank you for your service and sacrifice. I am both honored and proud of you and my father for serving our great nation. May you rest in peace Uncle Julian. Love your niece, Jacqueline Cordero Carmona
