An American Hero

Thank you for your service in the Vietnam War. Your sacrifice will never be forgotten. Hopefully one day I will be able to shake your hand and thank you for your sacrifice personally when I reach Heaven as well. Until then, I hope this message reaches your courageous soul. You will be remembered. Rest with the angels, your work is done.

You are not for gotten

James: You made the Ultimate Sacrifice.

If any Family members or Friends reads this, I am looking for a picture of James to send to W.DC for the the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall. It would be nice to have a picture of him to put with his name. Military or H.S. picture will do.

Thank You Jim Sawmiller

Remembering An American Hero

Dear PFC James Theodore Anderson, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, Sir

Curt Carter
