Remembrance for Frank Jr.
I remember in the vestibule of our church, OurLady of Peace, there was a placard with the names of soldiers who lost their lives in the Vietnam War. Our families knew each other, the whole neighborhood knew it was just a little boy, but I remember the impact of his death. I always have fond memories of his mom and dad. God bless you, Frank thank you.

Never Forgotten
I never knew Frank by his first name. I grew up learning about him as “Costantini” from my dad, Emilio Tovar. I wish I could share stories about him, unfortunately the stories I was told long ago I do not remember because I was a little girl when my dad shared his experiences in Nam, which were very few growing up. But what I do know is that Costantini made a profound impact on my dad’s life; Costantini was loved & missed dearly, he was my dad’s friend who has never been forgotten. I have searched for decades looking for who this “Costantini” was & it wasn’t until a few weeks ago I finally saw a picture of him. I did not know Frank, but I do think of him often & love him just the same as if I had because he meant so much to my dad. Costantini thank you for your service & sacrifice.
