9th Medical Laboratory Historical Report 1968

"About 0800 SP5 Connolly was killed by hostile fire on Plantation Road while enroute to duty, apparently unaware of the degree of penetration of enemy forces within the city and adjacent suburbs." Their billets and the lab were dispersed in a residential area in the Phu Tho Hoa area of Saigon.
