Forever connected to my dad
My father, Doc Larry Jo Goss was MIA in Vietnam on 2-14-68. He was last seen shielding the body of a wounded Marine with his own. Both my father and the Marine were observed to have no life. I have traced the stories of all of the men killed during the Battle on Valentine’s Ridge and believe your beloved Lowell is who my father was trying to save when an NVA threw a grenade at my dad. I want to tell you how sad I am that you lost your twin brother. I know you still feel the loss the way I do. It was wrong for your brother and my dad to be left on the ridge for 21 days. I’ve done my best to forgive. I still however feel sad. I would love to talk with you. My phone number is 765-669-2689. Thank you.
