Biography
Alvis Martin Holtmeyer, Al, served with the Army in Vietnam from January 1966 to January 1967. He returned home to Missouri to fight cancer which ultimately spread into his lungs. His illness is believed to be related to his exposure to Agent Orange. After years of treatment, Alvis died on October 20, 1990.
