Biography
Noel Randolph Hall served with the Army in Vietnam from January 1969 to April 1970. During this time he was awarded the Bronze Star for heroism in action. Noel took his own life on April 21, 1993 after more than 20 years of suffering. He was a bright and handsome charmer, and a great story teller.
