Biography
Roger Wayne Ahrens served 12 years in the United States Marine Corps. He served 9 Years as East Dundee Trustee and Village President. He has 7 Children, 9 grandchildren. He was diagnosed with Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2008 and thankfully went into remission after extensive treatments. He later developed Parkinson’s. The disease progressed over the years and claimed his life October 16, 2021. He was given full military honors and laid to rest at Abraham Lincoln Cemetery Elwood Illinois.
