Biography

Frank was born in Bayonne, New Jersey August 19, 1948 and lost his life on November 11, 2017 (Veterans Day ) from Myelo Fibrosis ( blood and bone cancer) as a result of his exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam. He proudly served his country in US Army as SP5 from March 1968-December 1970, Frank's tour in Vietnam was from October 1968-October 1969. He attended school in Jackson, New Jersey. He was a Sheriffs Officer at Ocean County Jail in Toms River, New Jersey and was a Terex truck driver at Pima Copper Mine in Sahuarita, Arizona. Frank retired in 2002 as a water/sewer repairman at Jackson Township Municipal Utilities Authority in Jackson, New Jersey. He was also a member of the American Legion Post 166 Lakewood, New Jersey and the National VFW life time member. Frank was married to Irene Marie (McCartney) Cilino. They were together for 42 yrs and they relocated to Casa Grande, Arizona in 2012. He's the father of Frank Michael Cilino of Brick, New Jersey and Jennifer Ann (Cilino) Gonnella of Toms River, New Jersey. They have 3 grandsons Justin Thompson and Joseph Gonnello of Toms River, New Jersey and Donovan Cilino of Brick, New Jersey. Frank loved life and lived each day to its fullest even with the memories of Vietnam embedded in his mind and its effect on his health. You are loved and missed everyday by all of us.
