Albert Boutwell, III
Albert Earle Boutwell, III
Albert Boutwell lived 51 Happy Years. He grew up in the small town of Wilmington in Northern Massachusetts, with his parents and two sisters. After graduation from High School he was drafted into the Army. He was sent to Korea. While serving on the DMZ in Korea, he was being shot at and did not have the right to shoot back. This did not sit well with him, so he volunteered for Viet Nam. He served with the 9th Infantry, also with the Navy as part of the Mobile Riverine Force. He came home a highly decorated hero. He married his High School Sweetheart, Nancy and they had 4 children, Lisa, Michelle, Scott and Kelly. He was a family man and enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and watching TV. He got to be Granpy to Ashley and David, but missed out meeting Miranda and Cody and any other future grandchildren. Albert was a loving, friendly giving man, whose life ended way too soon because of the use of Agent Orange. As his wife I feel he died in Viet Nam, but was given a 30-year bonus, to get to be a husband and father and enjoy the freedom he fought for. My husband died a PROUD SOLDIER, HUSBAND, FATHER, GRANDFATHER - AMERICAN
