Biography
Arthur Joseph Boivin served with the Army in Vietnam from June 1969 to July 1970. Upon his return home, he struggled with the symptoms of PTSD. On February 9, 1987, Arthur took his own life in what is considered by Veterans Affairs to be a service connected death.
