To a Brother
I'm another Stephen from Boston and served in the Brown Water Navy from 1967 to 68. I wasn't in the Delta but was in the North out of Danang patrolling the Cua Viet and Perfume rivers as well as an occasional run down to Chu Lai. It was quite a tour of duty and included the fear and confusion of Tet '68.
Like Stephen, I suffer from PTSD and Ischemic Heart disease from Agent Orange, the gift that keeps on giving.
