Biography
Resided in Carthage, TN with his wife. He was diagnosed with malignant fibrous histocytoma on June 28, 1999. Started as a small bump behind right knee. Jack went through radiation therapy but didn’t respond so an above the knee amputation was performed. Six months later it metastasized to his lungs so he went through four rounds of Chemotherapy. Two months later the cancer returned and took his life. He was an amazing fighter to the end.
