My sweet Uncle Lester, I loved you with all the love my little 6 year old heart had. You were my hero! You did a lot of living in your short 18 years. You are not forgotten. Thank you. Until we meet again, here's my love.

I wore the POW/MIA bracelet with Major Crew's name on it. I left it in front of the panel his name is inscribed upon during Rolling Thunder, May of 1994. I had it for 21 years and hated leaving it there as that meant he was gone. I wonder now what happened to it since it's not listed as having been left there.
