Never forgotten

Thank you for your service and sacrifice. I wore your POW bracelet for many years, long after the war ended. Sadly it was lost when my house burned down, but I have never forgotten you. One of the most impactful moments of my life was traveling to Washington DC and locating your name on the Vietnam Memorial. I kept a paper rubbing of your name with the bracelet. Bless your soul, and I pray your family has found peace.

Thank you for your service

I came home and tried to honor you and all my brothers who did not. I were your MIA bracket every day and will continue until I Go.

Remembering An American Hero

Dear TSGT Richard Milton Cole Jr, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, Sir

Curt Carter
