Information about the loss of an RF-4C Phantom jet aircraft from the 12th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron that included "backseater" MIA Captain George William Clarke Jr., USAF, in Southeast Asia (SEA) (over Laos) on 16 October 1967 is available at this link/URL on the Vietnam Air Losses website:
