Dear Brother....

As brother (age 21) and sister (age 13) we were so young when you got drafted in 1966 and I, with Mom, Cheri, Cass, Marcia, and Doug, had to say goodbye to you at the Louisville, KY airport- not knowing that would be the last time we would see you alive on this side of eternity. I think of you everyday. As I age, I am ever mindful of the brevity of this life while living with the hope of seeing you again in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ. I love you Donnie...we have a lot to catch up on and much to look forward to.
