Neighbor kid

Steven was my brother Alan Porters best friend. Growing up the two boys were in my mother's den of cub scouts. I remenber him attending their meetings at our house, goofing off after school. Hiking and camping with other boy scouts on the weekends. I remember him as a sweet kind boy with a lot of pals.
