We Will Remember

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

Godfather to my son Kevin

Served with Sgt. Sabastian (Steve)Canlas while stationed at Fort Ord California. Steve and his wife Rose lived next door to us.
Steve and Rose are my sons Godparents. Upon my discharge for service in Sept. 1964 we had no contact with either of them.
Had Tried for many years trying to find out where they were but not until our visit back to Seaside, Cal. did we realize Steve had become a casualty of the war. I do have a picture of both Steve and Rose that I would share with the family if they were every to see this post.
God bless Steve and his family.
Richard and Pat
