Never Forget
Sgt. Caldwell was my Drill Instructor at Ft. McClellan, Alabama in 1969. He had already done two tours in Vietnam when I met him. He was a hardcore grunt and didn't cut us much slack. I thank him for teaching me from his combat wisdom and experience.
His toughness made ue all better. I made it home ok. I wish he did as well. I will never forget him.
