Dear Captain Charles Burns,
Thank you for your service. On your wall, it has your MOS as an Infantry Unit Commander, and also a Fixed Wing Pilot. I appreciate your sacrifice. It is important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Stu was a hard charging Infantry Officer, well liked and respected by all. In the Army Flight School class of OFWAC 65-7. Stu had a great family, and his wife Sue was especially well liked in the officer wives club. I am saddened as I remember how Stu became a casualty in Vietnam, flying relief supplies to a beleaguered camp under attack.
