I will always love you...
Billy,
I left you a letter at the wall. i will never forget you.
You told me that you would not make it back. I never thought that it could be possible...but you were right.
So much time has passed but my
heart still hurts. I have the rubbing of your name from the wall. I am looking for the picture you sent me so I can post it on this site. i will always love the beautiful young man that gave his life for his country.

To Bill, my good friend in high school
I visited the wall once and walked right up to your name unkown to me that you served our country and made the supreme sacrifice. We both served at the same time, you as a Marine, I was Army Air Cav. I cried for you at the wall and still do old friend. You keep watch for me at the GATES Billy.
