You'll Never Be Forgotten

You had such a sweet spirit. I know I'll see you again.
Just know you'll always be in my heart. Until we meet again.

We think of you often.

Tony,
My family thinks of you often. I'm Minetta Robinson, my sister Joan was your classmate. You used to come to our house. You were such a gentleman and we all miss you. I have been to the Wall three times. I was just there a couple of weeks ago. I touched your name in the directory and on the wall. The time I went with my sister and my mother, we didn't know where your name was because the directory was not there. Your spirit guided my sister directly to your name. We felt your presence. Take care, dear friend.

Love,
The Robinson family of Sedalia, Missouri.

For A Friend

Springfield Relays, 1964. You and A.C.Byrd pacing me from the infield during the Two mile relay. Sharing an orange and Hershey bar with you afterward. You had the personality, the wit, the style to do anything you wanted to do. I expected to see you in the NFL busting tackles on 45-yard TD runs. Instead, I find you in this Holy Place, where you can never appreciate the feelings, never know the respect, never understand there are people who cared for you. I know it's been 31+ years. Doesn't matter. Respect is eternal. Gratitude unending.
