Always in my heart

Thank you for being the big brother I never had at Hofstra. It was with shock and sorrow that I found out you had been killed. You will always live in my heart and mind.

Remembered

Dear Major Broullon,
Thank you for your service as an Infantry Unit Commander - General Staff. It is another summer, as time continues to pass since Vietnam. It is important for us all to acknowledge the sacrifices of those like you who answered our nation's call. Please watch over America, it stills needs your courage and faithfulness. Rest in peace with the angels.

Remembering An American Hero

Dear Major Anthony Joseph Broullon, sir

As an American, I would like to thank you for your service and for your sacrifice made on behalf of our wonderful country. The youth of today could gain much by learning of heroes such as yourself, men and women whose courage and heart can never be questioned.

May God allow you to read this, and may He allow me to someday shake your hand when I get to Heaven to personally thank you. May he also allow my father to find you and shake your hand now to say thank you; for America, and for those who love you.

With respect, Sir

Curt Carter

A good man.

Tony (Captain Broullon at the time) broke some rules to associate socially with a Sergeant at Ft. Bragg in the early 1960s. He inspired me to seek a commission and later when I was a Captain (and he was a Major) he was in my wedding. Tony was a good friend, and a good man. I understood that he later married and had a daughter (2?). II hope they are proud of him. He was a rare man.

If I should die...remembrances for MAJ. Anthony Joseph BROULLON, USA...who died for our country!!!!!

If I should die, and leave you here awhile, be not like others, sore undone, who keep long vigils by the silent dust, and weep...for MY sake, turn again to life, and smile...Nerving thy heart, and trembling hand to do something to comfort other hearts than thine...Complete these dear, unfinished tasks of mine...and I, perchance, may therein comfort you.
