Do not stand at my grave and weep
Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
Mary Frye – 1932

I wear your name
Deland, I landed in-country the day you were lost to us. I have worn your name on this braclet for too many years but I vow to wear it until you are found. Now that yet another war is being waged and more MIA/POW's are in our thoughts and prayers, know that you are not forgotten. Ne Desit Virtus.

Attended Ft. Sill Arty. School together
He was know as Dennis to us at that time at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. Dennis was a fun, easy going guy who never took things too seriously. I recall he once tried to go to town wearing his helmet liner, our normal daily head gear. He had to be reminded that he still had it on and that it probably was not a good idea. Funny the little things one remembers after 36 years. I'm proud to have know him and what he did serving his fellow soldiers and his country.
