On this Thanksgiving Day, your sacrifice is not forgotten.

Thank you all for the kind and grateful comments. Jerry was my father's (Eddie) older brother and one of my life's regrets is that I never got to know him being born well after his death. Please, if you have other stories of your service with him or if he was a friend from your school days I would love to hear some stories. This was my fathers best friend, they did everything together. Though it hurts my father to talk about it to this day I know their is not a day that goes by that he doesn’t think about him. Jerry lost his life at such a young age but this fallen soldier will never be forgotten.

The war may be forgotten but the warrior will always be remembered!!!! All gave Some-Some gave All. Rest in peace Jerry. :-(
