In my Heart

I laid roses by the wall yesterday for you....I knelt and prayed...then I cried. So many birthdays we could not spend together; you are always in my heart, though, and the memories keep you alive. I miss you.

Gone but not forgotten

Memories of long ago wonder through my mind with your face there to make me smile. Jim you were always smiling, always laughing. That is how you are remembered. You touched our lives and you will always be remembered.

Your Smile...Your Eyes

Every time I go to Washington, I visit your panel...and I cry. I have such a pain deep down inside my heart that it takes my breath away. When I look at your name, all I can see is your eyes...those sweet, twinkling eyes and your smiling face. I can still feel the touch of you on my skin...and I know you will always be close as long as you are in my heart. You will always be in my heart...you are a part of me I will never let go...I miss you.

Fond memories

I remember setting on our back porch with my brothers and sister listening to Jim tell a story about a couple of guys racing their cars. One car a muscle car and the other was a VW Beatle. He made the sounds of the car engines comparing the two. He had quit a sense of humor. He made everybody smile. We were all very fond of him. He is greatly missed. I think of him often.
