You are forever remembered!

I am a senior at Gridley High School in Gridley, Illinois. As a class challenge, I am remembering all those who have willingly gave up their lives for this country. I can’t imagine the hardships you encountered or even begin to realize what you went through. You are a hero to all and will not be forgotten. Thank you Robert.

Sincerely,
Jen Steffen

Thank You

Dear Sir,
I am a senior at Gridley High School in Gridley, IL and as a class project, our Consumer Economics class is posting remembrances to courageous veterans who perished during the Vietnam War.
You gave up everything to fight for our country. You gave your own life for the cause of freedom. You are a hero to all Americans. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your sacrifice. You will never be forgotten.

Gratefully,
Joel Campbell

You Will Forever Be In My Heart

My name is Phoenix Marr and I am a senior at Gridley High School in Gridley, Illinois. My history teacher challenged all of his students to write remembrances for those of the men and women who gave their lives while fighting for our country. Although I did not know Robert personally, I know that he put forth all of his courage, strength, and integrity. I want to take this time to thank him for his incredible pride and unbelievable bravery. You will always be in my heart! God Bless!
