"So missed "
It broke my heart that day we were in church services and one of your nephews ran in crying, getting his breath and saying " Garland Jr. got killed ". Every heart drop . It was a sad evening to gather and morn the lost of you. We will join one day cuz.. I will never got the chance to enjoy life with you down here anymore. We loved you but God loved you more. Rest in peace! No more fighting for no man!

Always My Hero!
Uncle Garland I never knew you! Never heard your laugh or touched your hand but your picture hung in Grandma's living room so I saw you every day! With that big smile and dressed blues, so young and so proud to serve! I wish that I could have told you that you will always be my "Hero". Wish that I could tell you how proud I am and will always be of you. Prayerfully I will one day!
Your Nephew Marvin!
